These podcasts would definitely help me achieve my dream body and help my workout routine. As a bodybuilder, it is always important to remember how your body works and what diet to have. The 2nd podcasts definitely helped me improve my workout regime. The 4th podcast allowed me to adjust my diet schedule and have a specific eating routine. I love podcasts! Imagine getting new radio style talk and music shows to listen to on your iPod or other MP3 player every day. You wake up and automatically have new shows ready to listen to while you exercise or commute to work. Podcasting has leveled the playing field. Anyone with something to say and a desire to say it can create a podcast and publish it to the world. With podcasts, you're in control.
